Our mentors are chosen by the learners that attend our centres. They have the final say.

Step 0: Learn the culture you will be stepping into and the expectations of the mentors.

Step 1: Complete the below online form.

Step 2: Be chosen for an interview at our weekly centre meeting. In this meeting you will be able to present yourself to the members and answer any questions that they might have.

Step 3: Be chosen to attend a week long trial period. During which you will have freedom to learn about your passion and interact with the members at your centre.

Step 4: Be welcomed in the centre as a Probationary Mentor for 3 months. You will have an assigned Mentors Mentor, and learn the many other responsibilities of a mentor at Free Path.
Step 5: After the probationary period your status will be presented at the centres meeting, where it will be decided if you are to be given your one year contract as a mentor. 

All contracts are for one year. At the end of the period you may reapply for another year and must again be chosen by the members.
